Rhino Assembly is an industrial distribution company experiencing fast, exciting growth. We need a bold Area Sales Manager (ASM). You must be an independent, self-driver that will push the entire sales cycle from developing new business to serving and expanding existing clients throughout the territory. Comp package includes base, uncapped commission, T&E, car allowance, benefits with 401K, and an expense account for customer entertainment.
The Rhino team differentiates ourselves from competition by finding the most innovative vendor partners, delivering engineered value-add solutions, and empowering customer service. We specialize in technical products including intelligent fastening systems, production assembly tools, custom engineered material handling equipment, worker guidance systems, and various other assembly solutions.
The ASM will be the primary point of contact for all customers in the territory and will help design the territory strategy. As a Rhino ASM, you will interface and collaborate primarily with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Engineers at automotive, heavy off-road vehicle, and aerospace assembly plants. The ASM will be responsible for ensuring that all sales, projects, and services are delivered on schedule with an eye toward exceeding customer expectations. The ASM will function as the customer advocate during interactions with their regional team, inside sales, and our channel partners. All ASMs are expected to be "value add" sales professionals.
Our ASMs are provided comprehensive product and strategy training giving them a framework to develop creative solutions for customers. ASMs are also trained and supported on all internal systems (CRM, Target Sheets, etc).

• Define, develop, and execute a Performance Optimization Plan of the Territory based on expected targets and goals
• Adhere to company core values, reporting structure, and communication requirements
• Identifies future product and customer needs
• Support end-users with technical expertise and best-practice use of our products
• Achieve and exceeds sales targets
• Identify new accounts and opportunities throughout the territory
• Two plus years of experience in business-to-business sales
